German cockroach egg capsules are about the size of a small bean but can hold up to 40 eggs. When they hatch, the young cockroaches are smaller than ants, making them extremely difficult to detect. As a result, infestations can begin without you realising, and may go unnoticed for weeks or even months before their population grows significantly.
